We utilize state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly detergents along with low pressure to clean your home. Our soft wash system assures you of the best possible results and guarantees the safety of your home.

First we pre-wet the house and surrounding vegetation.

Then we apply our custom cleaning solution which is mixed at the precise ratios appropriate for each job.

Next we let the cleaning solution “dwell” for the appropriate amount of time to loosen dirt and cobwebs and to kill mold, mildew, bacteria and other organic growth.

Finally we rinse with a high volume of water but with very low pressure to achieve our amazing, long-lasting results.

While every job is different, our typical house wash is generally completed in 1-2 hours. We recommend one soft wash house cleaning per year to keep most exterior services looking their best. Some factors that could cause more frequent attention are; the weather, the number of surrounding trees, amount of leaves, along with the age and condition of the surfaces needing to be cleaned.

Preparing for Your House Washing

You do NOT need to be home at the time of your cleaning. Most customers are not. Your only responsibilities are to:

All pets are secure
Cars are moved away from the house
All exterior lights are turned off
All items such as pillows, furniture, rugs, potted plants, wind chimes are away from areas that are being washed. (If you booked a Deluxe or Premium Package, sit back and relax, this step will be taken care of for you.)
