You do NOT need to be home at the time of your cleaning. Most customers are not. Your only responsibilities are to;

• Make sure all windows and doors are shut and lock.  
• Put up all pets.
• Move any cars away from house. 
• Turn off all exterior lights.
• Move all items such as pillows, furniture, rugs, potted plants, wind chimes away from areas that are being washed. (If you booked a Deluxe or Premium Package, sit back and relax, this step will be taken care of for you.)

Yes. But, we do NOT remove moss with pressure. Moss has roots which are embedded in your shingles. Forcing the moss off with pressure removes a large amount of granules from the shingle, shortening the life of your roof. The solution is your Soft Wash treatment which kills the moss. You will know it is dead when the moss turns white. Within 30 days, the moss will turn to a powder and wash away with the next few rainstorms.

Most of the time this is Artillery Fungus also called shotgun fungus because of it appearance. It is wood-decay fungus that likes to live on moist landscape mulch, The spores are usually shot only a short distance but the wind can carry them for longer distances and even up to the second story of a house.
