People living in certain areas of the world have access to less than 5 gallons of fresh water per person per day!  Renaissance Renovations has teamed up with Thirst Project to END the global water crisis. As a professional pressure washing service, our line of work wouldn't exist without water. But we know the significance of water goes far beyond our work at Renaissance.

What Is Thirst Project?

Thirst Project is a nonprofit organization that works with the support of young people to end the global water crisis by building freshwater wells in developing communities that need safe, clean drinking water. As the world’s leading youth water activism organization, Thirst Project travels across the United States speaking at schools to educate students about the global water crisis and then challenging them to do something about it! 

Waterborne diseases kill more children every single year than AIDS and Malaria combined.

Small children typically do not have strong enough immune systems to fight diseases like

cholera, dysentery, or schistosomiasis.  By providing a community with safe drinking water, disease rates can drop up to 88% virtually overnight. Child mortality rates can even drop up to 90% overnight!
